Our winemaker, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, elaborates with passion the Champagne Lord Ascalon Brut. Discover and taste all the delicacy and elegance of our vintages, sublimated by the identity of the Pinot Noir of the Cote des Bar. The management of the vineyard is strict and rigorous in the greatest respect of good environmental practices.
90% Pinot Noir , 10% chardonnay
Cuvée Blanc de Blancs
This single-variety wine, made from our oldest vines, is remarkable for its fine and light bubbles. The nose is an explosion of scents: aromas of pine sap and honey. A great intense and tasty wine, with aromas of passion fruit and caramel. This Champagne will surprise you by its character and its elegance. Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany your fish but also your cheese platters.

Cuvée Blanc De Noirs
Nuanced with pale gold, the brilliance is clear. The nose is deep and expressive with aromas of honey, quince and fruit paste. Notes of grape and stone fruit also complete the palette of scents. The mouth is a fruity, flowery, sweet and tasty fabric. The finish is lively and round.

Cuvée Blanc De Rosés Purs Noirs
This exceptional rosé with a light and intense foam gives way to a clear and bright rosé. Very aromatic on the nose with notes of prunes and black fruits delicately mixed with licorice, its structure in the mouth is lively and of great finesse. Its creamy side and its tangerine finish will give you a nice persistence at the end of the tasting. Ideal companion for a meal based on veal or sushi or red tuna.
